# How do I verify my mailing list contacts?

Learn how to verify your contacts to minimize bounce backs and poor sending reputation

Verifying mailing contacts is easy.

### Verify Contacts in EmailGuard

Click `Upload Contact List`

Enter a `List name` and attach a CSV file with emails you wish to verify. Click `Upload and verify list`. You may download the sample CSV file to view the acceptable format.

Select domain headers and click `Continue`

After processing, the results will be available to export.
