# How do I lookup the email hosts for my contacts?

Learn how to look up email hosts in EmailGuard.

Looking up email hosts is easy.

Click `Upload Contact List`

Enter a `List name` and attach a CSV file with emails you wish to lookup. Click `Upload and tag list`. You may download the sample CSV file to view the acceptable format.

After processing, the results will be available to export.
